I was told when buying your first car you need to look out for dealerships that will take advantage of you.  I feel like this was the best experience anyone should have when buying any car!  Bao is awesome and funny and really gave us the attention we needed.  He understood this was my first car and was extremely patient with me and my husband.  Mike Kennedy in financing was absolutely and so kind to us.  He was so helpful and very easy to talk to.  I enjoyed meeting and working with him.  These guys helped me out so much that I would definitely come back and buy another car there with no hesitation.  You have an amazing team and thank you for making my first time car purchasing experience a great one! All too often we are driven to comment only on those issues which are negative and regrettably are not consistently compelled to provide positive feedback.

We now operate our second Kia Sedona. While the first was the result for the most part due to perceived value, we had very different reasons for returning and purchasing a second Sedona. Our opinion of the Sedona has not changed – excellent value and quality and sales experiences have been excellent. However, our subsequent decisions have been driven almost solely by our experience with the Moritz Kia service personnel. They are professional, knowledgeable and committed to an amazing customer experience. Our next vehicle will assuredly be a Kia.

It requires a devotion to creating these results from both the company and the staff. Clearly your staff has embraced the concepts which result in the experiences we have had.

When my wife and I first contacted Doug Ashbrook with what we were looking for in a vehicle, we were a foot/no car and praying for the right decision on what we brought home. We borrowed a car from a neighbor so that we could make our appointment that was made with Doug and go car shopping. Doug had talked with us about a price range and what we were looking for in a car so we could stay within our budget. After looking at a selection of vehicles, we ended up purchasing the first one that he showed us. We want you to know that we think that KIA has a straight, up front and honest salesman in Doug and that we did stay in budget, even purchased a warranty package. We have had our 2008 Toyota Scion now for about a month and a half and are very happy with it.

Thank you so very much with the purchase of my new Kia Soul +. I just wanted to toot the horn of two of your great people who work there. Casey Huff and Trayce Cavanaugh were wonderful. They both did their job extremely well and I can say I never, in all my years, had as good a total experience with any car purchase. All I can say is they were great! I may need another one as soon, as Rita drove home and loved it. She might want to trade her Honda CRV in on one like mine. We will be calling you for sure when she decides.

I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent service I receiced from the Kia Service Dept. over the last two days (July 31 & Aug. 1). Mr. Kyle MacDonald, Service Advisor, really listened to me and the fears I had concerning my auto's braking system (this was the second time I'd brought it in for braking issues). Bottom line is that my brakes are now working correctly and now I feel safe. I purchased my car three years ago and am so glad that I bought it from a dealership (Yours) that takes care of its customers, and that has employees such as Kyle MacDonald - who really care about the customers who come in for help.

I am emailing you in regards to Mario Flores and the experience I have had with him. He sold my wife and I a 2011 Optima EX back in June 2011. He treated us so well that once my wife decided that she wanted a little bigger vehicle due to the planning of future children, I knew I wasn't going to buy anything else but a Kia, I wasn't going to purchase from any other dealer than Moritz Kia Fort Worth, and Mario was going to be my go to guy.

I went to your store with our 2011 Optima on Monday, August 13th around 8:30 am looking to trade for a Sorento. Within 5 minutes we were already test driving an SX. After the test drive, I knew that was what we wanted, but in white. However, the only White Sorento SX he could find was in the back lot, hadn't been inspected, tinted, or pinstriped. I told him, regardless that I wanted that exact Sorento. He made it happen! After approximately 20-30 minutes of working down the price with the rebates and all, I was in finance wrapping it all up with Dean and Michael(just as awesome and friendly as Mario). By the time I was done with finance the Sorento obviously wasn't ready for me to take and I personally didn't think it would be ready until Tuesday with everything that needed to be done. He called and said to show up by 4pm on Monday and it would be ready. He was very prompt in this statement. He was actually waiting on me when I showed up. 

I am telling you all of this because I want you to know, if you already didn't, that Mario is a true professional, knowledgeable, and has a knack for customer service. Because of him and my first experience with Moritz Kia FW last June, I will not go anywhere else. On top of all of this, ever since I bought the Optima last June, every time I have had an encounter with Moritz Kia FW, I have not had a single bad experience. Regardless if it was with sales, finance, or service. You have an awesome team there at Moritz Kia FW and we look forward to working with you guys for the life of our vehicles.
